Something New I’m Working On
Good afternoon, lovelies.
I started putting this post together around 11 a.m. this morning. Several distractions pulled me away from the computer, and I totally forgot about this, for which I apologize.
Earlier this morning, an idea popped into my head. I thought nothing of it until my Muse started speaking a little louder into my ear. Taking a moment to shy away from work and open up my writing program, I started writing down the words I saw inside my head.
While this doesn’t have a set summary yet—as I’m pantsing this instead of plotting it along the way—I do like the way this story has started. Mind you, this isn’t your usual fantasy type of story. From the little the Muse has given me, it’s to be dark, gritty, and quite heart-wrenching.
I do so hope you’ll all take a chance on this story when the time comes for me to release it. I’ll be sharing bits and pieces of it as I go along.
