Play With Me LisaKali Miller has dreamed of becoming something more than the small-time reporter she’s become. Her life in Texas has been dull, and not much has happened to change the way things are. Everything changes when she lands herself a job as an executive secretary at a Las Vegas casino. For a moment, it seems that all her dreams might come true, though she hasn’t lost sight of the bigger picture. She’s a reporter, and will forever to aspire to be one.

Her new boss is sexy, though quite arrogant. The man obviously knows what he wants, when he wants it, and isn’t afraid to show it. Kali can’t help herself when it comes to Damion. He incites her passion, and makes her want to know him a little better. Granted, he’s her boss, but a little flirtation doesn’t hurt things, does it?

When things within the company take a turn for the worse, Kali is soon suspected of the goings-on. She’s new and has never been around up until now. It’s hard not to suspect her of wrong-doing. Determined to clear her name, she soon herself helping a man who has slowly come to mean something to her.

Kali knows that she should leave well enough alone. That she shouldn’t involve herself with Damion. Sadly, that’s easier said than done. Her boss has come to mean more to her than she cares to admit. If they’re to succeed in finding out just what’s going on within the company, they’re going to have to place their trust in one another. The question is, how can they do so when their libidos are fighting to know what the other is like.

Another great story written by the wonderful Lisa Renee, Play With Me will take you for a wild ride as you and the characters try to decipher who could be playing games within Damion’s company. The chemistry between Kali and Damion is certainly palpable, and makes you want to know more about them. I hope that Lisa continues this lovely storyline someday. I’d love to see more of the action and desire that exists between these lovely characters.

The warmth of Thanksgiving gives a dedicated reporter and a powerful businessman a chance to count their blessings in this tender, sensual novella from Lisa Renee Jones.

Kali Miller has spent three years reporting fluff stories for a small-town Texas paper, waiting for the opportunity to pen the article that will launch her career to new heights. That dream has never felt further away when she suddenly finds herself out of work, forced to take a job as an executive secretary at a Las Vegas casino. But that’s exactly where Kali meets the subject of what will surely be a shocking exposé: her boss, Damion Ward, the casino’s arrogant and undeniably sexy CEO.

Watching Damion make his cold, calculating business maneuvers, Kali is positive she’s doing the right thing. But after Damion invites her to help him plan a Thanksgiving charity event, Kali begins to see another side of the man. And when she surrenders to the exhilarating tension that’s been simmering between them since day one, Kali becomes part of her own story, which she hopes will have a happy ending.
