#Review: Exposed – Samantha Jacobey
Tori thought her life would change upon marrying Michael. To her dismay, things have gotten worst. The Feds are insistent on making her work for them. She’s still registered as a minor, therefore she must do as they say. Part of her hates the fact that she must comply with their demands. They’ve made their position clear, however. If she doesn’t follow through, she’ll lose what she loves the most.
Determined to follow through on what’s been asked of her, Tori knows she won’t come out of things unscathed. It’s going to be hard returning to a life she left behind, one she no longer wants a part of. Deep inside, she knows becoming something she’s not is the only way she’ll be able to let the past go. Doing so, however, will have repercussions she’s not sure she wants to see through.
Unwilling to be a prisoner of her own mind and emotions, Tori embarks on a journey that’s going to test her mettle. The fact that she’ll be doing things she’s not proud of isn’t lost on her. It’s something she’ll have to deal with when the time comes. She’ll gladly trade her position for a lifetime of happiness if it means she’ll be able to live by her own rules. The question is, will she be able to live with her decisions once all is said and done?
Another thrilling addition to the New Life series, Exposed immerses you in Tori’s tumultuous life. Her troubles are far from over. They’ve only just begun. We get to see her make choices that will either make or break her when the time comes.
While some may hope for a happy ending, I know there’s more to Tori’s story than meets the eye. Samantha has done a wonderful job in setting the stage for what has yet to come. Will Tori finally get her heart’s desires? It’s hard to say, but I can’t wait to see what comes next for her!
