First and foremost, I’d like to apologize for things being so quiet around here, as well as on my social media platforms. Most of you know I’ve been dealing with quite a few things in real life. I’ve also been making quite a few changes along the way.

Lately, I’ve been giving thought to everything I’ve done and everything that’s happened in between. There have been a lot of ups and downs. Not everything has been hunky-dory, however.

I know you’ve all been waiting for the release of Well-Kept Secrets. The book has been completed for ages, just with all that’s been going on, it’s been sitting on the back burner. I meant to release this book a while ago, but as you know, things didn’t work out as I planned.

The book is definitely coming. With everything I’ve got going on, I’ve decided to release Well-Kept Secrets sometime in 2017. This gives me time to get quite a few things ready in regards to the book itself. Better late than never, right?

I recently came to a decision, and have been quietly working in the shadows to set my new plans into motion. If you’ve been keeping an eye on my Facebook page, then you already have an idea of what’s coming. If not, then I’ll tell you.

For quite a while now, I’ve been working on transitioning my romance/erotica titles to a new pen name. The reason for this is, I’ve got way too many different genres going under this name. I know a good many authors who write multiple genres like I do and keep everything under one name. For me, though, I realized that it’s getting a little confusing for some in regards to knowing what the actual genre for this pen name is.

I’ve written and published everything from science fiction, fantasy, paranormal, new adult, young adult, horror, short stories, poems, and everything else in between as Lissette E. Manning. I decided to actually stick with certain genres for this name (science fiction, fantasy, short stories, poetry), and slowly start moving everything else to several different pen names that have already been established/set up in the past. Not everyone is going to like this change. Some of you might not stick around, and I understand that truly.

Within the new few days/weeks, I’ll be opening up a little more in regards to the new pen name I’ll be using to re-release my current and upcoming romance/erotica titles. I know some of you have already started figuring out what the new name is. I haven’t been hiding it, you know? I’ve just been taking the time to build my brand around the new name separately. I appreciate the fact that those of you who’ve figured things out have kept things on the down low. Means a lot! I promise I’ll be making everything known completely soon.

Thanks for sticking around, lovelies. I hope you all enjoy the journey. I can’t wait to share with you all what’s to come soon enough.
