For me, fantasy is so much about freedom for invention without needing a science degree to back it up. And that ability to work other genre’s into the mix is just wonderful. I’m about to publish my first ebook, a fantasy summed up by: James Bond meets Lord of the Rings.
I love your sense of humour too: I had to go and buy My Sparkling Misfortune straight away. My current WIP is about a water sprite with a wicked sense of ironic humour, and from reading the first page of MSM I reckon our characters ought to meet!
